For the Nordex Group, a leading manufacturer of wind turbines, we conducted comprehensive vibration test on a key component of a wind turbine for the first time at TIZ Grieskirchen.
The component will be used in the nacelle of a turbine, where it will be exposed to complex loads from all directions during decades of operation. We applied these loads realistically and simultaneously in our multi-axial vibration testing system to ensure long-term reliability.
