From test concept to test report –
a look behind the scenes of our testing process
Back in 2018, we supported Liebherr Group in the development of the TA230 Litronic Dumper.
In focus: The engine hood including attachments – tested under real load conditions on our multi-axial oscillating table (MAST).
🎥 In the video, we provide exciting insights into selected phases of our testing process – from conception to the final report:
Preparation: planning with precision
- Development of an individual test concept – flexible, focused, practical
- Creation of the test signal: combination of vibration (broadband noise) and shock signals
- Design and manufacture of a precisely fitting steel construction for secure attachment of the hood
- Professional assembly of the test jig and the test part
- Application of the sensors and start of data acquisition
Test execution: load under real conditions
- Commissioning of the test with continuous signal monitoring
- Continuousvisual checks for damage, cracks or functional impairments
- Ongoing inspections – including quick repairs directly on site if necessary
Completion: results with substance
- Thorough final inspection
- Detailed test report with all measurement results, findings and anomalies
Our mission: A seamless, highly professional testing process – technically sound, efficiently implemented, clearly documented.
