Is it possible to test a machine with a working width of 28 meters on a test field?
-> Yes, at our Test Institute TIZ Grieskirchen, or more precisely, in our new TIZ-3 hall, which is perfectly suited for tests of this kind with its 30m x 12m component test field.
We developed this test bench for the Aero pneumatic spreader from the German fertilizer spreader manufacturer Rauch Landmaschinenfabrik GmbH in order to be able to test components with a working width of up to 36 meters. With the help of five servo-hydraulic hydropulse cylinders and a test setup for three-point attachments in the middle of the component test field, it was possible to map the service life and weak point analyses.
