Half the Testing Time – Full Functionality
Our Test Institute recently put the new luggage rack from Ultimate Europe Transportation Equipment GmbH through its paces – developed for use in sleeping compartments on rail vehicles and designed for a load capacity of up to 300 kg.
💡Thanks to our large hydraulic shaker, we were able to test two racks at the same time – in the raised and lowered positions. This saves time and money!
At Ultimate’s request, we comprehensively analyzed and documented the test – with:
- videos and photos taken during the tests,
- sensory monitoring of critical points
- and an additional acoustic analysis.
This allows the folding mechanism to be tested for its service life in a short period of time, and the findings are directly incorporated into product optimization.
